Our Tanasbourne office is conveniently located behind
the Tanasbourne Discount Mall at 17895 NW Evergreen Parkway
Suite 110. We have two entrances. The North is for Well-Children
and the South is for sick. Please use the north entrance unless your
child is known to be ill.
